Yes i eat meat, i'd starve to death if i had to be vegan - hate pasta , not allowed to eat nuts or seeds and i'm not mad on loads of vegetables ! some are disgusting.

I've literally found the opposite, my grocery shopping this year has been a lot cheeper than it was in first year. Then again pasta is normally all i can be bothered to make  (also probably because I discovered Lidl)

It's good for weight loss, especially as you don't even think you are going without anything.

I'm very much a meat eater, especially when it comes to Sausages, Meatballs, Chicken, Fish, and Gammon and Bacon.

I eat meat most days tbh, have been thinking about cutting it down when I'm in charge of my own food shopping from September at Uni

LemonJam 02-07-2017 03:57 AM

I was vegetarian for 8 years, but now I'm too much of a foodie to turn it down. Won't turn my nose to a good vegetarian meal though.

I like Veggie meals too.

The only food type that I can't get into as much is Fruit, I do love Tomatoes and Bananas though.

I like fish as well. I eat red meat sometimes, but I'm not crazy about it.

Since i started a new way of eating (never call it diet). I eat lots of fish, Salmon every other morning. Tuna for lunch twice a week. Prawns, Cod etc....Chicken and Turkey in every meal!

I cut red meat out and was worried i wouldn't gain muscle. Anyway, i gained loads. Im lean now myself, can even see my 6 pack :D

I don't. Been vegan for three and half years and was vegetarian for over four and half years prior to that.

Congrats on one year being vegan!. Like you said, I found it easy. I know a lot of people think it will be difficult/expensive but it's not really.
