You need to rewatch the scene where Simone said it was funny to piss in a tin and leave it on the side rustigirl.

Isabelle never laughed in the first place and Chanelle hid her face and laughed a moment and then said to Isabelle, after Simone left that it was too much and she laughed out of pity.

So did Joe..so has Chanelle...and yes many use fake tan but not to the extreme that Isabelle does. There is having a tan..and there's using it to the extreme that makes it look orange :shrug:
