Tbf it's apart of the game.

I do love Raph's strategy earlier on in the episode where he goes into the Diary Room talking about how Andrew is always honest to people's face, and then humiliated him at the end of the episode by Andrew going completely silent once Raph was out in the Garden.

BB should also punish Charlotte and Andrew for talking nominations, but I bet they won't.

So the four amigos..prompted by Hannah take themselves off into the bedroom to declare their allegiance...Hannah calling in Chanelle first then Raph in front of others making the others feel 'left out' of the cool gang. What a bunch of hypocrites.
Good job Tom didn't do that with Charlotte, Kieron and Ellie cos this forum would be in meltdown.

Perhaps we're finding out why they never bothered showing Charlotte before.

I know people who i consider extremely good friends that are from all kinds of backgrounds but Charlotte seemed to be saying (while trying to deny) that because they weren't from what she was stereotyping as ''different class levels'' that they would never remain friends outside the house.

She comes across as a very shallow and superficial girl.

I think this was just an attempt at picking holes in Raph's character. Maybe she's got some misguided notion that she can come through at the end as 'the real girl' and win it but she SADLY mistaken. 'Boring girl' who finishes in 6th is the very best she could possibly hope for i think.

Except she had a point because Chanelle is pretty much everything Raph said he dislikes/avoids in his VT

Littlegreen 15-07-2017 10:10 PM

I think it's hilarious just because SHE couldn't see herself being friends with Chanelle outside the house (because she is so high class and important????) that Raph wouldn't either... purely because of his job?!

I liked Charlotte but the snobbery is clear as day and actually answers quite a lot about her behaviour.

(Andrew was just jealous that he wasn't part of the four in the bedroom)

So you don't see why Charlotte's snobby Tory like attitude towards Chanelle wouldn't be an issue for alot of not just this Forum but the viewers in general tonight?

And Andrew tbf had more of a point to be pissed off, but he is the kinda person that the general public will never side with because he blows it out of proportion like Rebecca did during Smilegate.

Like I said in the other thread, it wasn't a group meeting or anything new. Those four have had each others back since day 1 and came together in solace during quite an emotional evening.

So have Tom, Kieran, Charlotte and Ellie

Solace? For what Hanna and Debs could have split their vote in the interest of fairness but they didn't, Debs could have made a winning move by standing behind Sue

Hannah called Chanelle into the bedroom with Deborah...then came out and called Raph in...Andrew, Isabelle and Sam obviously felt discluded and Andrew didn't like it..hence his reaction.

A group meeting it was...we don't see Tom Kieron Ellie and Charlotte behaving like that do we?....and if we did they would be slaughtered for it.

I've never heard of a group meeting that consisted of the members just reminding each other of where they started and hugging?

I'd understand if they were slagging people off, but they weren't.

It was a strop...but it's an understandable one. You could see on his face he didn't like the gang mentality and it was Hannah who led it.
That's exactly why he did what he did...
If the other four of the original clique did that under the noses of Chanelle etc...don't tell me Chanelle wouldn't have had some sly digs.
However...it's ok for the Outsiders to do it.

All good points Mock.
I also think Andrew was a little uncomfortable as to what Charlotte was saying a lot of the time.

As for tunnel vision that goes both ways.
Anything against Raph is fine, any defence is just having tunnel vision.

I'm one happy to have tunnel vision then for sure.

No they were not slagging people off...BUT it was gang mentality..the very thing they based their division on in the first place. They are actually far worse than the original clique. Since Lotan left there has been no divide...but they are intent on keeping themselves as a little pack...hypocrites.

Parallel 15-07-2017 10:29 PM

I think Charlotte sees Raph as competition. She's already said she thinks they have similar traits. I don't think she said anything that bad, and at least she explained her opinions - more than Andrew on Hannah.

I recall her saying that if Ralph (and Chanelle) were really like how they portrayed themselves to be then they wouldn't be friends. Essentially calling them fake or "too faced".

There is still an obvious divide, they just aren't fighting anymore.

For me tonight it's less about Raph, and more about what Charlotte said about Chanelle. She clearly doesn't like Chanelle because she's not as posh as she (Charlotte) is. It actually explains Charlotte's overreaction to Chanelle's one off the cuff comment that wasn't even that bad.

And with Andrew he was silly, but I could kind of understand why he was upset about what Hannah did tonight.
