Nah, if he was trying to rile her up he wouldn't have immediately apologized and try to keep her calm.

Raph's not a nasty person and probably did feel guilty, but he knew that his most sensitive friend in the house was not gonna take a prank very well as he is an intelligent guy.

I don't think he chose her because she was the most sensitive, but rather because she was the only one not already in bed.

I agree with your point...it's Raphs game plan. I can't believe that I can't believe it was done deliberately although I did think it strange that he messed with Hannah's bed of all people.
The show is drawing to a close...if Raph wants to win this he has got to start removing people from his own group who are equally if not more popular. Andrew cannot win...Isabelle doesn't lose her temper...Hannah does and Deborah just supports her which doesn't do her any good. Chanelle got less support than Isabelle so I guess he feels she isn't much competition..
As for the others...Ellie and the showmance will hinder her, as a BB fan Raph will know that will bore the pants off the viewers...Tom, Kieron and Charlotte haven't done a great deal and Sam can't win...
Who knows..you could be right..

The egg in the butter was towards everyone, and was just playfully perpetuating the whole "egg gate" situation. No one was even upset by him doing that so I don't know why you are? :conf:

Ffs...I'm not upset by it....I'm making a point and a comparison..

But if anything, it supports Raph's "prank ethics" as you call it.

I disagree...his prank with the eggs was aimed at the majority of the house that were then known as the 'clique' that he did not like. But tonight he said he only pranked his close friends knowing they would take it the right way...that's a contradiction.

Littlegreen 16-07-2017 11:32 PM

I truly don't believe there was anything more to it than just a misread prank. She was the wrong sister to do that kind of thing with.

No, he said "If I do targeted pranks it's always going to be to one of my close friends because then it's not about malicious intent, it's just funny. If not then I would do a group collective prank such as putting lotion in the hand soap because then it could be anyone, and I think that would be quite funny versus targeting a specific person."

Hannah is a close friend that he has a very playful friendship with, so he felt like she would understand his prank and find the humour in it.

The egg in butter prank was at anyone, because he was not close friends with anyone at that point (besides maybe Chanelle).

There is no contradiction. I literally have the episode paused on my screen and typed that as he spoke.

Agreed! AND I think he only chose Hannah because she was the only one not in bed yet.

Why the need to go to the diary room and tell BB about it at all?

Littlegreen 17-07-2017 09:15 AM

Too much is being read into silly things atm.

They may have called him in. We don't have live feed.

rusti, you shouldn't have to keep explaining it, it is quite obvious what you mean, but it will be mainly ignored or people will declare they 'don't understand it' as it's not something they can answer honestly, because some will defend a fave no matter what they do,the classic example is Charlotte supposed 'bitching' but all other housemates are allowed to do it.:joker::joker:

I completely understand.

But it's a bit of a mute point to compare a week 1 prank, when they were still feeling each other out. To a prank with friends 6/7 weeks down the line.

It wasnt much of a prank when he was trying to cover issy with the pillow..he didnt back when she said no several times...he should have been given a warning.

He was rubbing the pillow on her because her perfume would distract from the garlic... :umm2:

Oh yeah,That was embarrassing. He basically cracked straight away and admitted it and begged for forgiveness:laugh:

The moral of that story is -

Don't prank if you can't take the reaction
