I was just about to write this. If there is another war there will be no winners.

In nuclear war there are no 'selective zones'. Once one country starts, it's a free for all with every country that has nuclear weapons (and there's a lot of them) The wind would see to the rest. Not to mention the nuclear winter that would follow.
