Clearly they connected very well. Just because you didn't see every conversation doesn't mean they didn't take place.

They've been there for each other for 7/8 weeks 24/7, every night talking about their lives etc. Chanelle even said in her interview "we've had so many heart to hearts"...

BB was always about opposing personalities connecting. It's nice to see that concept hasn't been lost to CH5 bollocks.

IMO their relationship was bizarre. She was the epitome of what he dislikes in people..loud, uncouth and attention seeking. Raph necking half a bottle of wine that night was totally out of character..wouldn't he be pleased his 'best mate' was with her BF?...but it fooled everyone into thinking he was 'bereaved'...it's all a big act.

Sometimes the least likely friendships will actually be friendships and it turns out to be an amazing one. Raph has been genuine throughout this series and was being genuine there.
