She has an absolutely huge chip on her shoulder. Can't stand her paranoia, her constant whining, the non-stop psycho-babble. The deafening screeching she calls singing is torture. On the other hand her sister is such a lovely girl and I think her experience has been ruined by Hanna's drama fests
