Yeah I wash my hands after I do anything really, not just using the bathroom.

I'm a germaphobe so I do but from my times spent in pub/bar/club bathrooms I'd say only about 25% of guys actually do. It's all rather worrying

I do but it's really not that bad if you don't, providing you don't get piss on yourself. I 90% of the time do unless im drunk and im doing it in the streets.

It's just basic hygiene.

It's the door handles you need to watch.
