I can sleep with Slayer's 'Seasons in the Abyss' blasting from my stereo so the telly's not even a consideration.
My 'sleep' is more of a state of unconsciousness than a light nap mind you!

I just pass out. I do prefer the telly to be on when i come around though.

I hate when it's on, I like the room to be dark and cold and the tv does just the opposite. :oh:

I can't imagine anything worse than having a tv on when I'm trying to get precious sleep!
