I'm about 9st - I eat calorific foods all day every day and remained at the same weight. Runs in the family, my mum was exactly the same - she could eat whatever whenever then when she turned 40 it started actually adding weight so I have another 24 years of food.

That's really good, I'm not sure if I'm like that now I've lost the weight.

How ,any calories do you eat?

That's like my dad, although he does do ALOT of excerise. He was cycling from Hertfordshire (near Hertford) all the way to Putney/Richmond twice a day. :joker:

12.5 st currently and usually.
14 st for a short time some years back.
Up until my mid 20's i could never get over 9 st regardless of what or how much i ate. I was on a high narcotic diet for many years which probably contributed.

I love the amusing little category comments Will............especially as mine is 'Strapping Lad'.
