Out of interest gals, do you think this is a lot? I think I eat relatively healthy and I exercise but I seem to be putting on weight. This is what I had yesterday.

Tuna mayo sub
Packet of crisps
Like 5 Jaffa cakes throughout the day
Spag Bol with cheese
Chocolate digestive
About 12 grapes

Like that's really not that much but I'm putting on weight??
