I think it's a northern thing though, I get some funny looks when I say 'cook book' since moving down here.

I pronounce some of these differently to each other :laugh: Like 'brook', 'cook', 'hook', 'rook' would be the same as 'book'/'luke', but 'took', 'look' would be like 'luck'. Do you say 'food' the same as you pronounce those? ^
