I LOVE the eurovision!Watch it every year-i think the UKs entrance is hilarious. I dont think we will ever win no matter who the entrant is cos most countries hate ours.

I've watched Eurovision since I was a little kid and not missed one yet but I'll be on the way home from the FA Trophy final at Wembley on saturday so may miss some of it.

They don't hate ours, they hate our countries politics. I'm sure if it wasn't for Tony Blair we would do a bit better...

But eurovision is dreadfully tacky, that's the fun of it I guess! And i'm glad the song is uber-naff so we'll fit in well.

I hope we either get "bil point" or win, anything else in between is boring.

GlitterEyes 08-05-2007 02:44 PM

I always end up watching just for the laugh of it all. Sadly no matter how good are entry is we won't win because of all the war stuff:bored: Why we even bother putting all the money into it is stupid and a waste.

Our entry is very cheesey so suits eurovision completely but I can't see us winning. I think that "push the button" song will end up winning. Having watched our video for it the blonde guys top annoys me loads! Why can't he wear a top that actually fits him...it looks wrong having it so short:rolleyes:

Tis a mates birthday so i will miss it this year. Last year we had a eurovision party with a cheese fondeau (sp) set up. Was a great laugh. I don't think we have a chance as we have gone for uber camp rather than subtle camp.

Lemo 08-05-2007 07:31 PM

Russia pls

CassetteFinger 12-05-2007 12:35 AM

i dont like eurovision its so cheesy and foreign i dont like listening to things i dont understand

Sunny_01 12-05-2007 09:42 AM

I watch it if I can be bothered to take the pins out of my eyes that I usually put in on eurovision night.

Our entry is cringe making, and it boils my blood when we have a "great" song and dont get anywhere because of the politics involved and the way voting is done!

Woooh its on in 55mins.... i dont even like eurovision.

I just like watching the results at the then end when all the other corraspondants say:

"Angleterre - Nil Pwa. " haha its so funny.

Finland was a bit scary as well o_o

I think Bulgaria's was fairly good in terms of singing, probably not the best place to be showcasing actual vocal capabilities though :P

But ooh, Russia..

Lil-Lindz 12-05-2007 08:40 PM

France is always rubbish lol and England too ! :laugh2: It's terrible !
The thing with "Les Fatal Picards" is that they are completely off the hook, in an other world, they are really not popular in France, for us they are pathetic !
By the way, the english group is really not better than us LOL

BigSister 12-05-2007 08:42 PM

¬_¬ See normally I'd get offended when people refer to "England" when they mean the United Kingdom, but I think in this case I'm glad. XD

Captain.Remy 12-05-2007 08:55 PM

Yeah sorry it's a big problem with me, I always say "england" for the UK, don't be angry against me loool
Promis, I will try to say "United-Kingdom" !!

Sunny_01 12-05-2007 08:59 PM
