People who actually admit raping people get away with cautions and such. Its very rare for someone done for a false allegation to get away with just a caution (not sure if its ever happened) as the CPS tend to go for perverting the course of justice which could mean life in prison..

wow, I mean I'm not saying that someone who's proved to have lied about something as serious as rape shouldn't get a harsh punishment, they definitely should but surely the punishment for actually raping someone should be more? |
