Gwen kinda sucks lol. She's not even a goth anymore and her friendship with Courtney is absolutely disgusting and one of the worst things about TDAS. She also never takes accountability for her actions and is a notorious hypocrite.

No no no no no! I'm sick of always hearing people say this. It makes no sense for Sierra to be an "antagonist" because that's just not her personality. Her personality is to be obsessive to things she loves and to be the ultimate TD superfan. So naturally her favorite contestant is bound to be one she has an aggressive attraction to. I actually think she's a very sweet, thoughtful, and caring person with lovable intentions in looking out for Cody (who's honestly a trash person). She's kind of like the Craig Coates of Total Drama.

I love Lindsay and is Top 15 for me, but she's been shafted in her latest two seasons and seems more like a distant memory for me since she already hit her peak in the first two seasons

Like Gwen and Courtney were like "wow the other is... ok!" In episode 11 of TDWT and fell out 3 episodes later and somehow they were best friends?? Like I don't believe that! There was no attempt to show that they formed a friendship

I don't even like to consider TDAS as canon like... Gwen literally admitted she kissed Courtney's boyfriend for 3 episodes straight after kissing Duncan in TDWT and her first line in TDAS is "it wasn't her boyfriend at the time!!" Like?? Considering that is the basis of her defence in TDAS I just ignore what tdas did to my girl!!

Honestly I'm just obsessed with TDI Gwen. TDAS Courtney and Heather are ugly too like I swear they derailed Lindsay In AS and she was in it for an episode like...

Heather and Courtney were really great in AS imo and I actually think Sundae Muddy Sundae hate is so OTT and it fits perfectly for Courtney's character for her to feel so confident she can win that she plans to betray all of her friends just for a prize :love:

I agree, but I can't defend it when I personally have an issue with Cody and the way he treats Gwen while Sierra's treatment of Cody is similar if not worse?? Controversial I know but as enjoyable as she is she's borderline creepy!
When I say antagonist, I mean a strategist who takes down the competition. Think of how she initially planned to play Heather. I would've LOVED to see her do that and try and win challenges following that strategy

Oh Courtney's competitive and it was always established she would take the prize money over even her boyfriend, even back in TDDDDI. My main issue is that she voted herself off in an attempt to make up for the list... which was blown way out of proportion by the rest of the cast, and I don't see why an organised Courtney would leave that chart out and about for Mal to find

Oh and as for Heather, my issues come into play in episode 5 and 6. I've been confused for 4 years now and your judgement and analysis is always on point so I'm hoping you can explain this to me, but WHY did Heather let go of the bridge to see if Alejandro cared enough to catch her? Did She fall accidentally? Because the "ha! I knew you still cared" implies she did it purposely as a test... like why would she risk her life for that?

And I know Heather has always played a risky game, but her leaving the Immunity Idol just didn't make sense? Like I doubt it'd fit in one of her pockets but literally anyone could've found it

She was planned to win TDA and I want to know WHY they settled for Beth??

TDA was honestly her best season by far so that would've been amazing and the way they made her vote herself off </3

She was a leader in TDA and shown independence and won her own challenges and tried (and actually successfully!!!) Played strategically, while remaining in character: dim-witted, good-hearted and a loyal friend. TDWT didn't really show that side to her and then TDAS dumbed her down so much she didn't know how to push?? Like I realise it's meant to be funny but it's just bull**** given how amazing she was in tda!!

Honestly she had enough chemistry to go against Duncan in the finale (although Courtney vs Lindsay was a major conflict and narratively I think they would've made more sense!!) And it's so ANNOYING she got eliminated over him!! Also that "if you vote yourself off you're automatically eliminated" was such a weird rule that was ignored numerous times

Cody treats Gwen way worse, he's only nice to her to go out with her. When Sierra is creepy/nice to him it's out of genuine admiration and respect of him. She is in fact a gigantic creepazoid but she has this soft well-meaning side which balances out.

And while I get what you mean with the whole "strategic" thing, Sierra still doesn't fit that because she's too chirpy on things she likes to use them to her advantage. It would be like making Sadie or Nicky91 strategic. And re: Heather, she actually did do the whole strategic thing you wanted by faking sincerity and niceness to her; "I'm PLAYING Heather! ;) "

Unpopular opinion but I don't really like Harold. That said, TDA did wonders for his character and if a man had to win TDA, I would rather him than Duncan. The only change I would have to TDA would be to have a bit more conflict between Harold and Courtney, I know his meddling in her TDI elimination had some sorta resolve in Haute camp-ture but given Courtney returned to TDA because Harold cheated her out of TDI, some sort of acknowledgement and tension between the two would've been nice
