I really hate seeing dirty dishes and grime. I went to my friends house on Christmas eve and she hadn't even bothered to clean the house. Dirt everywhere.

Chipped plates and mugs is a pet peave of mine. I was given a mug of tea recently that had a chip on. Needless to say it remained untouched.

Mounds of clean washing left around the house in laundrey baskets with no sign of an iron in sight.

Bad smells. I've been in a couple of houses whose occupants clearly don't know anything about oil burners and candles

Unflushed toilets - I mean, how lazy do you have to be to not take 2 seconds out of your time to flush a toilet?

Cat litter trays in the kitchen - WTF!

Clothes lying about everywhere , left over washing up and dirty loos.

One of my friend's dad has a huge statue of a vampire in his front room, because he loves horror.

Each to their own, but I think it's kinda funny.

I like a clean home but the uncluttered perfection of some people's homes, almost as if they aren't lived in but are show house smart, always makes me enviously wonder how they manage it.

I have always spent New Year's Eve cleaning the house up.

Not that it's dirty or messy but I like it nice and new for the New Year.:hee:

When you break into someone's house and they have just cheap crap.
