Agree with this.

Though if they were calling India he in a clearly malicious way meant to hurt India, then there should be words I think.

But generally..I don't think there should be punishment for using words in the way that words have always been used until the past 5-10 years

No warning was necessary. Ann and India dealt with it themselves and it wasn't a big deal anyway, a simple and understandable mistake to make

She probably got an informal chat with BB but I don't think she should get a warning unless she is malicious with it or it becomes a habit.
