Look good the layout but why is the kitchen outside???.

The dining table was outside last year.

As was half the kitchen. it's not a new idea. It's just a play on a theme.

It's been suggested that random bits of the house are in the wrong place. For example, the fridge in the garden. I don't think the whole kitchen will be outside. The "inside out" theme of the house flopped badly last year.
