Pontyboi, as you said, as customers we can't know what's going on backstage, can we.
I ran into him a couple of times back in the day, can't say I particularly liked the guy, and true he'd always have a trophy boyfriend hanging around, considerably younger than himself. But, again, as you say, he delivered for the community: got top acts to perform, ran the club 4 nights a week, even had a radio show back then.
Now I guess he must be around 50? Age of consent is 16 now, so if a 17 y old lets him suck him off, what can you do?
The concept of porn idol contests, dunno, never seen it, can't judge. Do they actually get a porn film contract from Milliveres or somebody as a prize or is it just stripping for a laugh and a few quid? Unless he is pimping them out then he is not selling sex.
You say you worked there. If there's anything untoward going on then maybe report it somewhere? He may be breaking employment or tax regulations with cash in hand or if there's any coercion or sexual molestation then that should be reported too. Nobody is above the law. But only people in the know and with evidence can prove it.
