I'm sure upbringing and society plays some part but the conundrum is still that countries with the most gender equality - and have the most choice - have the least going into different careers to what was traditional.

James, that was a good video documentary. I didn't expect it to go the way that it did with how it was setup from the beginning. Also kinda depressing how the social scientists reacted to criticism... presented with evidence to the contrary of their hypothesis, they said that they don't believe that they're good enough, and yet their "theoretical" summations are valid without any sort of scientific grounding? Pretty much says it all.
