But there's a whole muddle around stalking, voyeurism etc. There was a case of someone being filmed through the window of his house by someone he'd had a disagreement with. The police told him that peeking, or even filming through someone's window is not an arrestable offence unless it's proven that it was being done for voyeuristic purposes. And that a voyeurism charge will only stand up if the victim is a woman. Which is ridiculous and sexist. This whole area needs a good shake up.
