The straight man is doing terribly in this poll.

Most of the men were not really entertaining this series so I don’t get where this sexism stems from.

The general public disagreed, as the top 2 places were men. The sexism stems from this forum.

Different people have different opinions, let’s just leave it there.

It's not sexism at all it's just that the men in this series (maybe bar Pete) weren't good

Epic. 02-05-2018 07:14 AM

George was a stuck up moody brat who was also boring, Jonathan was only there 2-3 days, Mikey is notoriously known for not bringing much to the series, Richard and Sezer were both vile bullies, and Spiral was an immature wannabe who handled being rejected by a woman horribly. It's people's opinions and I hate when that sexism ****e is used on this forum.

The only males I left out that I feel aren't that bad and i can see the merit in are Pete, Glyn and Shahbaz (and in my opinion I always found Michael a little underrated), since all of them are pretty harmless and brought something of note to the series, like them or not. And just because the forum doesn't agree with Pete and Glyn being the most popular doesn't make it sexist whatsoever. That was 2006 and this is now, and when people think of BB7, Aisleyne and Nikki are the common ones thought about. Sexism is an actual real world problem and I hate when it's used as an excuse for why people decide to prefer a few female contestants on a reality show because that's such a reach.

^^Yeah I agree with both Riles and Epic.

The poll and thread wasn’t made in order for people to prefer one gender to another, in a gender bias way.

This was made so that the forum could choose the most entertaining housemates of BB7. People didn’t vote based on the fact that “oh it’s a boy/it’s a girl, I should vote for them just because of their gender.”

If the vote went the opposite way, some would consider it sexist, but not you.

You'd be surprised. This isn't a new revelation for me.

This isn't me having a go at you and your poll, it's just me pointing out what the results say.

Are we really still pretending to be shocked at tibb favouring women in 2018

Strictly Jake 02-05-2018 09:05 AM

Top 5

1. Nikki
2. Aisleyne
3. Grace
4. Imogen
5. Lea

But I have noticed from the poll Nikki isn't quite as popular as she used to be. Maybe she was overused. I loved her in bb7 but fed up if she appears on anything else now as her performance is always forced nowadays

Epic. 02-05-2018 07:53 PM

Why is Imogen so popular?
