And **** that criminal's loophole-ridden 'Human Rights Act' - it is TIME that the VICTIM'S 'Human Rights' came first and time that the British Justice System PROTECTED the innocent citizens of this country instead of the perpetrators.

It’s really difficult to get your head around the fact that anyone is capable of doing such a thing to an innocent young child. We are not just talking one disturbed individual but apparently three individuals which is even more worrying as it suggests a common thinking full of hate and completely lacking in compassion and humanity. Such people are living amongst us free to practice their hate and hurt our children. It’s about time somone actually did something about this.

That poor little boy - I hope they can do a lot to help him and give him a decent future.

I am literally beyond words on this. Throwing acid is a cruel and wicked thing to do to anyone but targeting a child? The world has gone mad.

The agony he must be suffering makes me shudder.

Horrible. The fact that the attack doesn't even appear to have a motive, let alone the victim being an innocent child, makes this absolutely appalling.

I'm glad they got them. Its people like that who deserve capital punishment. I still can't get my head around someone doing that to a child.

If he's been released already, hopefully that at least means his injuries aren't as substantial as they can sometimes be in these sorts of attacks.

Great news. Hope that little boy makes a full recovery in time.

Personally I believe in an eye for an eye and I believe people like that should experience the same degree of pain they are happy to inflict on others. To target a child goes way beyond the boundaries of humanity - behave like animals - you deserve to be treated as such.

I don’t care about their families, something Abbott has crowed about, as people who have instilled even the most basic levels of of humanity and decency in their offspring would not produce adult children capable of such an atrocity. Such behaviours go deeper that the person and into the family in my opinion.

I just read a new report on this that stated one of the four men in custody over this is the child's father.
