Stopping smoking is easy, but, you need to really want to stop otherwise it will never be successful.

I attempted to stop so many times since this was made. Still makes me instantly balloon..even though I dont actually seem to eat anymore, its a mystery! So, prefer to smoke than be even bloody more overweight :laugh:

I would go back to your original intention and try to stop....better for your health, and your pocket

My mothers just stopped, after smoking for 35 years. She said she would once she retired, just she couldnt do it bewfore retiring as she thought she might end up killing some of her patients if she didnt smpke to chill out sometimes! Thats another problem, my temper is really really bad without smoking, when I smoke, I just **** off outside for 5 mins to chill when people are doing my head in :laugh:
