Hopefully that is genuine (so often it is not...). I don't mind her lazy eye. I didn't really "notice" anymore that she had a lazy eye until you pointed it out here, but I find it endearing not a physical flaw?... With Heidi Klum, it's the same, I don't really notice it after a while, but became a part of her original character/charm for me...
I have an instant dislike of lip injections though. It almost always comes out appearing to be overfilled/stretched-out and I tend to think people who get them done maybe don't have the best judgement of aesthetics
Beauty should always feel easy and effortless imo, not like it requires 10 people to get it all "just right", in place and all staying afloat... and fashion tape to boot... If she's actually managed to be a role model in the opposite sense, then that's a good thing. Though I tend to think once people are convinced they "need" certain features/procedures to look better, it is very hard to unconvince them... it's like arguing with a brick wall?
I went without makeup until near the end of my 20's and people used to hassle me that I should wear make up... but I thought why cover up my face and mess up my natural oils? Again, effortless ... only started wearing when it came to my work.
