Yes, it looked like he was stopping about a centimetre away from making contact. When she told them he punched her in the ribs I thought that was a silly thing of him to do, even in play, but looking at it again on that video, she's definitely over-exaggerated!

Is that it?
I dread to think how she'd react if someone really did smack her one. It's all a ploy to get the biggest competition out. Horrid little cow.

I think there is a BB rule that housemates cannot hit other housemates

I don’t actually blame BB in this instance, they HAVE to take complaints like that seriously. If they were that worried, they’d have chucked Ryan out.

He was clearly playing and having a laugh with her. Bloody hell. Is that was BB has come to?

Yes but if they can see what we can see, apart from shadow boxing around her in a playful way there is nothing to it ....

I don't think they have any choice, especially in light of the recent #MeToo campaign.

BB reviewed the footage and said that he did, and he didn't deny it

For all we know, Roxanne spoke to production and asked to not include the scene where she was hit

saiwong 30-08-2018 09:32 PM

Yes, but I think BB rule is just there to protect BB from legal action, if anything more serious happens.

I don't think Ryan had any bad intent, it was just play-fighting to him.

Yeah C.Y.A.

This has made me really mad...barely if any contact and could seriously damage his career. I think she has **** herself how she has been acting with Ben and is deflecting. Although given the reaction she will get about this judging from social media, it could be more damaging for her. People don't want a loose cannon

As I mentioned before... pure speculation here

Maybe in the past Roxy or someone she knows was a victim of domestic violence and this incident brought back horrible memories of this. Thus,
Roxy may not be reacting to what Ryan did, but instead reacting to memories of a past domestic violence incident.

… again pure speculation

Pathetic...which is why she took it even further with her over dramatics and saying she feels uncomfortable in his company. What a bitch...that accusation could affect someone's career. It's obvious he was play fighting..she's prancing about all the time playing with boring Ben.
BB have overreacted and given her a platform...disgusting.
I thought she went back to the diary room because she was feeling uncomfortable with Bens admission...and I think he and the housemates are going to think that's the reason why...
I feel for Ryan...he really meant no harm.

Why would she ask for it not to be shown when she's demanding he be removed from the house?

I'm not a mindreader

Why would Big Brother reconfirm that Roxanne was hit?
