It might have started like that, but I think it changed to using the tabloids to fuel the publicity for the show, ejections were thought to be useful publicity even.

Again, my main issue with all of this is that JC does not even pretend to be ~a good person~ or show any remorse or follow the rules at this point. He openly admitted that he only apologized about the n-word because he had to for the TV segment, and then he apparently went on to say it again after being told by production not to. He tied the bathroom door open on Haleigh and then played the victim with Sam yelled at him, saying how he just wants to play pranks but everyone gets mad at him when he does (this is literally Marc O'Neill logic) :skull: and I forgot to mention this earlier in my first post but remember when he interrogated Rachel on whether or not she was trans?

It's just a bunch of empty threats at this point and he knows it, and it's embarrassing that the show is giving him this much control by not doing anything other than getting on the intercom and saying "JC, please stop singing!" But again, this show is petrified to deviate even the slightest from its structure that they'll never do anything super serious unless it's a black woman going on a tirade about how the show was manipulated against her. Remember last year when (I don't blame you if you wiped this from your memory, I forgot all about it myself until someone else brought it up) Matt broke the HN rules on purpose so he could make sure that he was evicted over Raven, and then the show "punished" him by giving him exactly what he wanted, a penalty vote? There's no backbone here.

One thing the producers need to realize is that expelling JC won't even ruin the structure and course of what's left of the game. They'll have enough weeks left to get everyone evicted and have three people left on Day 99. All they'll have to sacrifice is a proper double eviction, which isn't even necessary at this point.

If JC were to get removed this week, seven HGs would be left in the game and this is how everything would play out:
Day 79 - F7 eviction aka this week
Day 86 - F6 eviction
Day 88 - F5 eviction, which always happens two days after the F6 one nowadays
Day 93 - F4 eviction
Day 99 - Finale

Technically they could eject him, cancel this week, and still have a double eviction too.

My feeling towards this is that if a male did this to a female or someone else did this to JC they would likely be gone. I dont think he should get a free pass.

Just curious - why dont the cast stand up and say something? It seems like over half of them have been targeted by JC sexually. Perhaps they are not allowed by production. I know JC would likely play the Im innocent/it was a joke" card, however I would love to see him called out.
