Plenty of housemates have done what your describing, it's like wishing Makosi was evicted, it doesn't break any rules

Ok.

Yes it is completely different roxy is falsely accusing ryan of something in the house, theres footage to prove shes lying

Whilst her behaviour is dreadful, I think ejecting her would be wrong. It would give her more of an excuse to act the martyr. Lets hope shes out next.

Isn't it arguably worse to slander someone who isn't in the house to defend themselves, i.e. Victor?

People have been wanting natural, non-intercepted interactions for years with no production influence and now people are complaining about it :conf:

This was proven tonight when Emma showed the tape to Ben,if BB thought Roxanne had been truthful it wouldn't have got mentioned

Except there's at least some credibility for Roxanne's claim

It's not like she's lying - he did hit her. Even if she has blown it out of proportion (and I think she has) there's a chance she's being very genuine and is seriously triggered by past trauma and physical abuse

Whats this about Helen and Victor?! Don't think I have heard of this

Planning on catching up on this CBB as it seems to have gotten interesting. I don't think from clips I have seen and threads I have read that they should eject Roxanne. However, I genuinely think she needs to see a psychiatrist pronto and basically, learn to shut her attention seeking mouth. I know a few people like her, they are just embarassing and yes, quite dangerous.

Helen literally accused someone of being a rapist / murderer so  same difference

Helen said he LOOKED like a rapist, clearly as an insult rather than slander. Don't compare villain queen Helen with this Roxy tramp.

Macie Lightfoot 31-08-2018 10:20 PM

Helen also said "look at your lips" as proof, which you cannot possibly say was not some coded racism :skull:

Not to mention that she literally did slander Victor.

LOL

Doesn't take away the fact that she was responsible for defamation of character about Victor though

When Helen was a Timewarp guest during BB16, Victor came in the house along with a load of other ex-HMs during the freeze task. After they all left, Helen said to the other housemates that it was a well-known fact that Victor was a Class A drug user and not to take anything he said to them too seriously. Danny was a good friend of Victor and took massive offence to this, and it caused a massive row. Helen, as she does, antagonised him further and continuing to state that Victor was a drug user of cocaine etc. Victor tweeted that he would be getting lawyers involved for defamation of character, and Emma had to make a public statement during one of the live shows stating that there was no truth behind the allegations/the comments didn't reflect the views of C5 etc.

It's only being mentioned because people are claiming Roxanne has broken the 'Libel rule' and should be ejected for it, even though Helen was never removed for libellous claims.

Thanks Hayden..I vaguely remember all that now that you explained.
