It only matters to me when plaudits are WRONGLY heaped upon her for her weight loss.
I bet Lance Armstrong was also 'very happy' with all those titles he 'won' and
I bet he did not mind all the plaudits which were heaped upon him for his strength, skill, determination and dedication in winning them:

There is nothing wrong with 'Fake Sally' employing surgery to lose weight, but let's not pretend that it involved any 'Herculian' investment of sacrifice, willpower, gritty resolve, or sweat, blood, and tears on her part.
