It is not that important to me, sorry.

Yeah I don't see the prallem with it Kirklancasmellypoopoobutt.

To agree with Kirk

no one is making fun of her rather normal name, they are poking fun at her awful character and lack of self awareness and humour and her lies

Toy Soldier 21-09-2018 08:55 AM

Well true, "Anna" and "Amelia" are pretty standard names these days, so "Anamelia" isn't exactly an "out there" or "foreign sounding" name in the first place. You should hear some of the names kids at my daughter's school have D:. It's a school full of very "well off" kids, too, and all very... erm... very very "British". Most people think it's just chavs that have started with weird names like Chardonnay these days. NOT SO at all. The rich ones are at it too. Just with things like... Constanacious... or Eughbertington...

bitontheslide 21-09-2018 08:56 AM

i think when a persons name is modified to suit their character its quite fine. Some of the more personal descriptions are where it starts to get a bit dodgy.

I don't think i've seen anyone disrespecting Anamelia for her country of origin at all

Toy Soldier 21-09-2018 08:56 AM

I think there are also like 4 Amelias.

I called her Analmelia one time.

Sorry about that.

But that's a misnomer :nono: she only likes vanilla interdimensional portal sex.

Exactly :hee: I didn't see much outcry about Hardeep being called all sorts either  If you are going to get up in arms about something at least do it across the board

I think it's very rude to do that to someones name, that's part of her identity.

Thank you for owning up to it, to her that is only an exit though, not an entrance.

poppsywoppsy 21-09-2018 04:44 PM

Actually a lot of the names she was called did have some insight into her behaviour traits.

I cannot be concerned about someone like her who relishes upsetting others as frequently as she has done in the house.

There are a lot of others I would choose to champion or feel sorry for before her.

Exactly!

People thought it was funny to call Hardeep "Harcreep" :bored:
hypocrisy ! .

Maru 21-09-2018 08:13 PM

I just think it is very Trumpian to give someone a unique loser nickname... :smug:

Amy Jade 21-09-2018 08:16 PM

I think she has a beautiful name

Maru 21-09-2018 08:18 PM

Probably if someone makes fun of that person's name and picks on them regularly, they probably secretively like/admire/envy that person... but in either case, it's a love-hate dynamic... I tend to think of it as a compliment. At least that's how I feel about it anyway... people are paying attention because apparently they are very interesting to them... enough they've made "alternative" caricatures of them in their heads... that's pretty significant.
