I can't agree with you on that one I'm afraid Dezzy... To house people in such conditions it would have to be made legal for those to be considered acceptable living conditions - and if we make those acceptable living conditions, then that will definitely end up being abused to essentially keep those on low income in tiny boxes in fields.
