I can partially understand peoples reasons for disliking him, however i dont think id go as far as saying he is a top ten worst. Theres no denying he was the best housemate of the series and BB19 lets face it would have been quite dire without him,anamelia, tomasz and to an extent cameron.
He's one of my favourite housemates of the ones I've seen.

Neither groups named each other the ''insiders and outsiders''

Those names were coined by Emma Wills and viewers at the time. Emma said it on one of the Bit on the Side episodes. I think it was during Lauren or Caroline's episode of BOTS after their eviction. I've seen BB13 countless times and not once have I heard either group refer to each other as the ''insiders and outsiders''

Unless I'm missing something.
