Oh dear so are we saying that the others arent being judgemental, Lewis is what he is and he has a lot of support. Once again though it is ok for the others but not Lewis, lets hammer him and not even realise that our own choices are at fault. We will have to disagree on this one as I support him totally, faults and all but it is good to see others coming to the fore now rather than everyone just bashing Lewis.....

..yeah he has had much support and understanding from many other housemates.. many acceptances and allowances for his behaviour when it hasn’t been great at all...yet he still feels that he shares a house with snakes and reptiles..yeah he really should realise that his choices bear self responsibility, whatever his issues are...and he shouldn’t judge so harshly with others and show some understanding as well...

But we only see 45 minutes per night, so we don't know how much interaction they've had or what else Sian or Brooke's said about him...and that goes for all of them. What we do know is Sian has muttered stuff about Lewis under her breath and will happily put the boot in when he's being attacked.

I don't think he deserved to be called a ****ing **** either after stating an opinion he was asked for, although it may have been harsh, he was honest and straight to the point. They're not hairdressers, so why any of them went to town on people's hair in the first place is mindboggling - which was something else he pointed out and Sian rolled her eyes in response. If they wanted praise for a sh!tty job, they went knocking at the wrong door.

but he is a ****ing ****, she was simply stating the obvious

Then she will cuddle and cosy up to him, she was jealous of Isabella taking her place.

Clearly it's fine for a woman to say it about a man - or rather a housemate they don't like, and to top it off she also said she hoped he would get evicted. Clearly one rule for some and another for others.

Double standards

She was spot on about the sort of person Lewis is the vast maj of the time, but perhaps shouldn't have used the "C" word. i don t find whinging entertaining and i struggle to understand why some do, so i wouldn't have Cameron or Lewis as my winner just cos they've moaned too much all f series, or almost all the time, you must admit, it is almost all the time with Lewis and Cameron's nearly as bad so wouldn t have either winning cos sorry just don t find whinging entertaining find it a pain in ass listening to it most of the time actually.

She was happy to sleep with him then the sneaky cow nominated him the following day

All this talk of "context" and "good reasons" is pretty dubious; those things are purely subjective / opinion based, there's just no way to argue otherwise.

So it's either OK to use "the sea word" to casually insult someone, or it isn't. If it was wrong for Lewis to call Sian a ****, then it was wrong for Brooke to call Lewis a ****.

Personally I don't really have an issue with anyone calling anyone a **** or anything else and tbh I do find all of the hand-wringing about it to be a little disingenuous :joker:. Also I think it's worth mentioning that it's a word that's been thrown around this BB house a lot... in aggressive ways, in jokey ways, even in strangely affectionate ways... so it's not really that unusual for it to be catching on as "general housemate vocabulary". Trying to reframe it as some sort of Voldemort-esque term that should never be used lest the fabric of reality begin to unfold, I personally find a bit odd. It's a word, you daft ****s :fist:

:nono: my user title is a direct quote from Emma Willis' interview with Hussein where she talked about how much she appreciates a firm erection. I'm like 90% sure that was the context anyway.

Likewise would Lewis stans chastise him if he called her it? I don't bloody think so.

Don't really like Brooke but I agree with Epic's post above, spot on

Brooke is the most level headed softly spoken radical housemate in there. She was one hundred per cent correct about Lewis. He had completely taken her apart for cutting Camerons hair (which Cameron had been happy with) he is a low life now and I am SICK OF HIM so good girl Brooke

Lewis said it about Sîan with no reason to, which makes him look more malicious. It's nothing to do with gender. He gave reason to be called that word, Sîan didn't

of course he had a reason ,he doesn't like her, he thinks she is sneaky and she is

Meh,It’s only as bad as “Prick” or “cock”.It’s just a word.

RileyH 22-10-2018 03:07 PM

Preach it Brooke :clap1:
