I'm 99% sure that every housemate has had to sign an NDA as part of their contract. We never hear anything about production interference in the show, when we can see it quite blatantly in action sometimes. I'm sure these would be things automatically discussed by ex housemates if they were allowed to do so.

Biggins was able to discuss his 'shower joke' on Good Morning and that was never aired

He has signed a contract - nothing to do with growing a pair .
