Never flown as an adult but I'll take window every time on a train / bus.

I like the aisle so I can get in and out easily but if it's just me and Gav I pick the middle because he likes the window and I like to lean on him

Eh I'll take either one of the window or aisle seat in a bus/train, not too picky (but prefer window I guess).

In a car, always a window seat. Never the middle, that's the devil's seat.

I prefer aisle because I can straighten my legs when I need to without obstruction and just feel like it gives me more freedom in general.

Window seats as I don't have to get up and move everytime someone needs to go to the loo, and because I have trouble sleeping sitting up so I lean on the windows to sleep...
