if you desperately wanted the letter you would bid, hence why sian bidded after zoe even said she was picking her, so don't start complaining and making people feel bad when you were given the same opportunity as everyone else

brooke might have wanted it but she wanted to not make the choice more than actually receiving her letter so

The last few days have been emotional for her, I feel that it was more than the letters, she is still feeling down about Lewis going. The house is now very tame, thankfully I recorded it all and used my fast forward.

That's my point...because her choice wouldn't have been seen as the right one to do..BECAUSE OF THE CHILDREN.
...and she shouldn't have to be made to feel that way.

I agree that Lewis going has had an effect on her. Maybe she felt she needed that letter for the same reasons Cameron did...albeit he lost his two closest mates in there. But that's why she would have picked Cameron and that would have left her to pick Cian over Zoe or Sian...or split the 'children' choice of Zoe or Sian..and that would have been equally as difficult.

I understood where Brooke was coming from here.

Hasn't that girl got a bra?

Absolutely agree with what you say here.

It was Brooke's choice not to bid for the letters. It was going to be hard for anyone to choose two people to get their letters, but others felt their letters made it worth it. Brooke clearly felt that avoiding the choice was worth more than getting her letter. Her choice.

I understand her being upset, which is fair enough, but this tipped over into sulking self pity, and ridiculous statements about leaving one week before the end. This made me lose any sympathy I felt for her.

Akeem and Cian didn't get their letters either, and Cian, although clearly upset too, pulled himself together and dealt with it in a rational way. Brooke needs to do this also in order to avoid alienating viewers. Or if she is genuine about wanting to go, she should just get on and do it.

that's pretty much it. She behaved like a child, not an adult. Said, if she were to do it again, she would have had a kid first, so she could get a letter

the irony that she won twice as much as the letters cost at stick or twist but just didn't have the balls to bid for it, if she bid for it herself she could have had her letter and still given one to Sian and Zoe, or is she saying that Cameron deserved one more...I have heard it all now

I really can’t stand the letters in any series, seriously you know what is going to be said “you are wonderful amazing everyone misses you ,you are making us all so proud, keep doing what you are doing, everyone is behind you” do they really think they’ll hear any good or bad news.Imo it’s all pointless and they’ll probably do a task so the rest of them get theirs.

Yes they do, so unless she has never watched the show she is just throwing her toys out of her pram and making the hms who got theirs feel like they shouldn't be reading them. I wouldn't mind so much but she could have bid on them and she didn't because she didn't want to look bad in the public eyes by having to choose, no sympathy
