He said dickhead was a term of endearment a month ago.

Strange country.

The southern fried chicken stuff is lovely, sausage rolls are really really nice, it's hard to even tell the difference with those. Oh and there's cheese and broccoli chicken quorn in bread crumbs they're really tasty.

It is quite processed though, I would only have it maybe twice a week, I mostly just cook veg stuff.

Have you tried the Quorn chicken nuggets,? they are delish even my kids prefer them to real chicken and guaranteed no nasty gristle

No worries boy.

I just have extra veg usually and my mum makes me gravy seperate so there is no meat in it. I don't even like the look of meat so i am fine without a substitute.

One year though my aunt cooked me a big mushroom stuffed withveg with cheese and cranberry and it was gorgeous!

I made a vegan Wellington from scratch yesterday, it was brilliant, might make one to take with me for Christmas in case the options are mediocre.

I made basic shortcrust pastry in my food processor and for the filling you can use anything really, as long as it's not too wet. I had grated carrot, riced califlower, spinach, quioa, mushrooms, onions, garlic, oregano and a tiny bit of powdered stock. Most supermarket brands of stock don't have animal products in them, even if they are "meat" flavoured, I just google the e numbers to make sure and it's usually fine.

This picture I took is not great, I had already started eating.

I got the idea from this older vegan version of Jedward but my filling was quite different.

The Quorn southern fried chicken and the chicken nuggets are AMAZING.

I don’t mind the mince either.

Or Linda McCartney sausages.

I can’t rememebr what I had on my Christmas Dinner during the year I was a veggie actually. I used to mostly just have Sunday roasts without any meat substitute tho.

I literally wouldn’t miss meat at all. Don’t know why I don’t still do it.
