I just have extra veg usually and my mum makes me gravy seperate so there is no meat in it. I don't even like the look of meat so i am fine without a substitute.
One year though my aunt cooked me a big mushroom stuffed withveg with cheese and cranberry and it was gorgeous! |
I made a vegan Wellington from scratch yesterday, it was brilliant, might make one to take with me for Christmas in case the options are mediocre.

The Quorn southern fried chicken and the chicken nuggets are AMAZING.
I don’t mind the mince either. Or Linda McCartney sausages. I can’t rememebr what I had on my Christmas Dinner during the year I was a veggie actually. I used to mostly just have Sunday roasts without any meat substitute tho. I literally wouldn’t miss meat at all. Don’t know why I don’t still do it. |
