Jeez..if you want to relax and feel tingles there is one particular one we can all do that doesn't involve listening to some whiny arse hole. ...unless you're into that like some folk.

Chacking I call it, and I've had plenty slaps around the lug for moaning about people in my family when I was a kid...I'm claiming that as being on the spectrum in real life.
