Lazy stereotyping

Livia 22-01-2019 11:34 AM

Every time Abbott opens her mouth it's simply to change feet.

She's unprofessional, unprepared, lazy, casually racist, if she hadn't got a decent staff behind her actually doing the work, she'd have been out on her ear long ago. She always try to reduce it to a racist thing when she's criticised... which is frequently, because she's really not very good.

She does strong, intelligent black women a disservice.

The woman is a complete idiot

Well done Mock, you are spot on with that response.
You just omitted the Daily Telegraph too, often correctly described as the Daily Torygraph.

I thought Fiona did rather well but it's clear she isn't always on top of the issues.
Isabel Oakeshott was her usual vile self.

I'm not Diane Abbott's fan particularly but she raised some valid points here.

Also why should she refuse to go on the programme.
It reaches more than just its biased audience.
It goes to those in their homes.
So its important to keep on with the message by guesting on it.

Fortunately people in their homes too, whom will have seen unfair bias on the programme.
Which sadly has become the norm and is why people rarely tune in to political programmes.

Thanks Joey, I'm never too sure if I come across a bit blunt sometimes on this topic.

I did forget about the Torygraph.

The Independent, the i, BBC radio (huge audience). Channel 4 News all left leaning.

And what about Google and how it presents search results here in the UK, how Facebook manage adverts and content here in the UK. Both are probably more influential now than the tabloids. All have a left wing track record. What about Film, TV and Music stars in the UK and USA who prey on a UK young audience to buy their wares? - how many of them them vote with a right wing bias but tweet and insta left wing politics as its what gets them likes and sales?

Your summary is about 30 years too late I am afraid and not accurate

Yes we'll just pretend that people don't go on online versions of the Daily Mail and The Sun and read how they bought Cameron his second term with the constant attacks that they would do towards Ed Miliband, including an attack on his Father as a reason as to why people shouldn't vote for Ed Miliband.

Then there is the fact that May got votes at all during the last general election which again was thanks to the Media bias towards the Tories who kept putting a positive spin on all of her bad policies.

Good on her for calling the show out. Especially Fiona Bruce.

Well she obviously got her place on the front bench due to her incredible public speaking skills and eptitude with numbers.

Well she IS prominent when it comes to making mistakes. Let's face it, no one misquotes figures and stats like she does.
