At the minute I hate it as I work 9am-10:30pm Monday to Friday with half an hour break at my desk for lunch. I also Commute on Monday meaning it’s more like 7am-10:30 that day. It’s exhuasting. I love the people I work with though and we’re all soldiering through feeling the same :love:

Either a no or a sometimes. The people are ok, there's some funny times, and the work isn't too bad or too much or anything... But do I wake up and think "man I can't wait for work it's gonna be so much fun"? Heck no to put it lightly :joker: --- it just happens to be some fun/enjoyable at times but honestly a chore most of the time

I've yet to have a job I LOVED... and idk if I'll ever find something realistically job-related that I'll reeeeeeeally enjoy doing :worry: My current job is very passable though (admin assistant for a flooring business btw). I definitely don't hate it either. I need to start applying for positions I went to college for though. :laugh:

There are aspects that I think are better than other jobs such as;

- I very rarely have to interact (other than a couple of emails) with anyone senior to myself

- It's generally not a very difficult job

- I can just piss around on my phone because there's no one to tell me I can't :hee:

- Hours are relatively flexible (and I can pick n choose anyway, other than having to work Saturdays)

HOWEVER... the company is horrible, and I swear every member of senior management I've met is just plain thick, and they endlessly promote thick, rude arseholes into these positions.

Plus I actively despise the industry and think it treats vulnerable people like cash cows (if they have money to spend), or dirt (if they don't). So given that I'm actively involved in doing something that I think is straight-up immoral and makes me feel cheap and dirty... I'd have to firmly say that no, I don't enjoy it. It's a scummy job surrounded by scummy people that I fell into as a part-time job when we were desperate and ended up stuck there in management for now nearly 10 years.

I can't wait to get out and into something better paid AND socially responsible, and that SHOULD be pretty soon, touch wood :(

Your thread has upset me :bawling:.

Yeah I love it.

It’s tough sometimes but I think that’s a positive as it helps you grow.

I do really like my job but I wouldn't have objected to a snow day today.
