Bisexual people in relationships tend to have their sexuality erased in the eyes of others. If I'm with a woman I'll be seen as choosing to be straight, if I'm with a man, I'll be seen as choosing to be gay. My bisexuality seems to disappear in the eyes of others unless I'm actively with both genders.

Miley's been a bit pretentious with it all but she does raise a good point. she isn't any less a part of the LGBT for being in a hetero relationship and acting like she's just speaking out for the sake of profit is basically erasing her identity.

Also a lot of people go on a bit of a journey trying to figure themselves out, especially us bisexuals. I think it sounds out a harmful message my making out that being confused at a confusing time is her way of 'covering all the bases'.

It just comes across as annoyingly arrogant tbh, like she's the first Bisexual to ever get married. Clearly unless you never want a monogamous relationship you have to end up in either a gay or straight relationship, that doesn't mean that if you ever split up you're not going to end up with the other sex next time.

Yeah, the identity thing, I can understand bisexuals being annoyed of people who act like it isn't real.

But, really, Miley is just gonna be seen as a woman with a husband. People don't and won't care about her sexuality and I don't see why she would care. She's married now (marriage supposed to be thought of as forever :suspect:) so why isn't she just content with saying this is her partner? Liam is the one she's married so that's kind of it. Who cares.

The fact she may or may not also be sexually attracted to women is irrelevant and counter intuitive to the positive image she's trying to paint for bisexuals.

But, everything she does is for attention so I'm not surprised. The same woman who has always been extremely immature in her quest to be thought of as grown up, edgy and relevant.

That's true tbf he doesn't maintain his Thor body, he hits it hard in the run up to filming.

It’s her husband i feel sorry for.

She imo seems to think she’s somehow let herself(or her fans) down by marrying the opposite sex.

Her image is more important to her than just being happy with her husband.
He must feel great.Like he’s some kind of stain on her career.

Marrying a man isn’t different or “edgy” enough for her so she has to make excuses for it and for being with him.

I’d be interested to know what he really thinks about it.

‘Right just so you know we’re not in a normal marriage. We’re actually redefining what it means to be queer’

He’s like
‘Ok dear whatever you want’
He must be thinking inside ‘er wtf’.
