Awful when that happens, the worst is waking up thinking you have ages yet look at the alarm and it's like 1 minute until you have to get up :/

People that don’t sleep well eat sugary things during the day.

Same lol but tbf I don't sleep great at all, I will probably go to sleep around 12am week nights and my alarm is set for 3.30am or around that time, so that's like just over 3 hours sleep each night and even then I'm wakened a few times throughout that

armand.kay 02-05-2019 10:17 PM

no because what the hell can you do before 9?

You got a lot on your mind.

armand.kay 02-05-2019 10:19 PM

I only get up early when I have to. I remember for a while this year my sleeping pattern had be getting up at 4 and it was so boring lol

Does any one get it when you are really tired and you look at the time and see you have maybe 40 mins left before the alarm goes, you close your eyes and it seems like a minute later and the alarm is going off.

Mess I've done that a few times. I mostly work from 6-2 and i wake up at 5am weekdays. But sometimes my boss will put me down from 5-1, which means i'll have to open the store and help deliver the cages (i work in retail) and that requires me to wake up at 4am.

I should sleep very early, but for the most part I'll sleep at like 1 and only get 3 hours sleep. :skull:

I never been awake 1 minute before thank god but i find it annoying when you have to get up it goes really quick but during your lie in it doesn't.

thesheriff443 02-05-2019 10:25 PM

I got a house rabbit and he comes in my room at all hours sometimes he jumps on the bed for his head and face to be rubbed only if his bum is in my face other times he is on the floor making noise, sometimes I get fed up and put him out and close the door he goes down stairs only to return a while later scratches at the door to get back in.

Tony Montana 02-05-2019 10:27 PM

It's even worse when you wake up 5 minutes before the alarm and you're debating whether to go back to sleep or wake up.

I need to start doing this. Right after work is the only time I can get myself to go but then sometimes after a long day I'm too lazy (like today :joker:). If I started forcing myself to wake up extra early to work out, I think I'd be all-around more productive

Being awoken by an alarm no but rising naturally early yes it’s one of life’s biggest pleasures

Beso 02-05-2019 10:49 PM

I will post when my alarm goes off at 7.35

thisisdanny 02-05-2019 10:50 PM

Far from it. I'm the worst person in the morning oop

Tony Montana 02-05-2019 10:52 PM

LaLaLand 02-05-2019 11:07 PM

Barry. 02-05-2019 11:11 PM
