...they didn’t get empathy from the staff though before they were sent back...(..and we don’t know what the situation is now and whether they’re still there or not...whether they’ve crossed the border or not...)...wasn’t that the thread../..the point of it...that the children were sleeping outside on the ground...and so what..?...how is that showing them empathy, how is that treating them with any kindness or compassion...

...that’s the thing with deaths, Arista...they don’t really stay on one specific show because death is forever ...there have been deaths of children being detained and yet here they are sleeping on the ground in the dirt, more open to infection..with no thought of care at all regardless of those ‘rare’ deaths....of course this is about deaths, it should be about deaths and it should be about humanity...

One child dying while in the hands of border agents is far too many, the country is turning into the home of barabaric, compassionless monsters and the fish rots from the top.
