But her music has to be as big as Whitney and Tina was in their heyday.

Like Dionne said are any of her hits as well known YEARS later like the people mentioned?

Do people remember Lemonade lyrics? No.

that's Lemonade lmao, Listen, Crazy In Love, Irreplaceable, Single Ladies to name a few are all songs you could turn on at any place and everyone would know the words, some of those are 15+ years old lmao, so yes her hits will be as well known years later

Bey could never deliver Love On The Brain live vocals like Rih did

ah said performance loov! miss ri will ALWAYS be that girl, but as a performance aspect Bey puts on a better show, and Homecoming showed how much work and effort she puts into her craft

If I were a boy will forever be iconic, her recent stuff has been nothing but lackluster though let’s be honest with ourselves

What's that got to do with it?

It's three years old and already forgotten. Not doing well to becoming a well remembered piece of work at all.

Whitney's latter releases barely made it into the top 100

Everybody knows Baby One More Time but Britney aint no icon.

LukeB 24-05-2019 08:50 PM

a bop

reece(: 24-05-2019 08:50 PM

How did this turn into a discussion of memorable/overrated :skull:

Motha D raved about Bey, she just said she isn't an icon as of now

This is exactly what the Beyhive have done, blew it up and starting attacking Dionne when she was making a reasoned statement

That doesn't erase her iconic era?

She's dead now does that mean it changes? No. :hmph:

My point is Beyonce is nowhere the heights of Whitney so is not iconic.

so why does Lemonade erase B's early stuff, in 20 years people will still be playing Single Ladies and Crazy In Lurve
