It's something that's overblown in order to demonise children. Were there adults trying to cheat the system during our own immigration crisis? Certainly, but it's not common enough to suggest that most migrants are actually adults posing as children. That is a ridiculous generalisation.

How does this change the fact that children are dying in car parks turned into tent cities that are meant to hold children in poor conditions? Undrinkable water, poor sanitation etc. You've brought up something completely unrelated in order to brush the death and abuse of children under the rug.
The only real link that Obama has to this story is that the law that the Trump administration is abusing came from Obama's administration and was, during his time, rarely used because it wasn't abused. This isn't about people being deported, it's about children being denied rights that were established by US law. |
