Sometimes they have questions on university challenge about women in science. There have been much more outstanding female scientists than we ever hear about.

They need to fill quotas. They need Women to be seen at the very least equal with men. Merit no longer exists.

I personally think Woman are capable of outscoring men, and achieving on merit, but it doesn't stop the powers that be who need to make sure it happens.
