Maybe the best thing all round would be witness protection :hehe: he'd be safe from those who want to kill him, and he'd have to stay out of the public eye!

You're ignoring the fact that he was filming himself outside of a trial for child sex abuse and rape. The media weren't allowed to film outside the courthouse or anything of the sort to protect the victim's anonymity since if you saw them or even a family member, you'd be able to figure out who the victims were.
Media blackouts like the one in that trial are used to protect the victim but to also make sure that the trial can go ahead unimpeded without the risk of a mistrial. Robinson was warned multiple times not to film outside but he ignored every warning because he wanted views and ad revenue. He risked a mistrial and the victim's anonymity for his own profit.
Tommy is not a victim here, he made his own choices and he risked justice for the victims for his own benefit. Trying to paint Robinson as a victim is basically spreading a lie.
