That's horrible. 36 years of their life they'll never get back.

It's so scary and sad even thinking about it so how must these people that are actually living it feel? I've actually watched a few documentaries about wrongful convictions and a couple of them the people were only released after years and years due to someone else admitting the crime so basically if there had been no confession from the guilty person then they would still be in prison for something they never done :eek:

There are too many failure points in the system. Even with good forensic science, there is still doubt, thats why i would never support the death penalty
