Had a nice salad but also warmed up a lovely glass of mulled wine while settling in with a cute film after a long day at work.

Thats a great question that everyone should make a conscious effort toward.

Delayed grattification is something many people struggle with.

I'm not great at it but I try. It's satisfying when you plan something out so things are easier for you in the future. Sometimes I put out my favourite cup, a spoon and a capsule at night for my morning coffee, then when I'm ready for it the next day it's like a little gift that I've left for myself.

This is a lovely little thread

I am up really early today. Having lunch at a friends house this afternoon and out with my son at the pub later on for tea. So I have just painted my nails and they look lovely. Xx

It's freezing here today so I wore a lovely cosy new jumper I treated myself to, it's like wearing a hug

Bf and I went out on a date, we had a meal and we're in the cinema now. We're watching Jumanji [emoji3526]

Marsh. 16-12-2019 09:37 PM

I had my ears shaved and eyebrows at my Turkish barber £9. He told me women should not vote as they vote rubbish things. His words

I have been feeling quite tired because of work lately so over the last few weeks I’ve ditched the junk food and switched to getting more healthier foods on my lunch break. I’ve started to notice a bit of a difference tbh, feel much more energised during the days now.

That's great, healthy food makes a huge difference!

Babayaro. 18-12-2019 12:03 AM

And I bought a shirt for my work's Christmas night out :)

Jessica. 18-12-2019 04:05 AM

That's lovely Marc, you really did yourself a nice deed with all of that!

Kate! 21-12-2019 06:19 PM

I bought my friend a bottle of brandy for over Christmas. Made me feel good as it is a special treat. X

JerseyWins 21-12-2019 06:37 PM

Brushed my teeth

Usually for "self care" I'll at least also shower and maybe go to the gym but lazy day at least for now
