mind you the op said its been 2 days!
I think i would worry if it were 2 weeks or 2 months Id get out today and do an hour of good physical exercise that gets you out of breath, like run a 5k or bike 15 miles or walk briskly for 90 minutes I bet if you did that you will sleep better tonight |

I’m feeling pretty tired right now so as long as I can maintain this throughout the day then I shouldn’t have a problem sleeping tonight. Appreciate everyone’s advice though :love:

I've had that too Sherzy. I get days were I might get not a lot of sleep but you are young so I wouldn't worry too much unless it's been like 4 days. Also overthinking it can be a problem too.
